Related posts with pictures and thumbnail for your blog

    since the day this blog is created,we've been giving out tips and tutorials based on blogging and Web designing

But recently,we had a tutorial about related posts widget(only texts and links)  for blogger,upon the request of Mrs renee who found it difficult to get the widget into her template

So we are going to learn linkwithin related posts with post pictures and thumbnail

Display thumbnails of posts having same labels or categories at the bottom of each blog page engages the reader more and increases the pageviews.

Let's start

===)>  go to linkwithin

===)>  Fill up the easy blanks and do as they say, see screenshot below

===)> click on  the Get Widget button and then click the Install Widget link on the next page as shown below

===)>   naturally the title is linkwithin but you should change it to any word you like eg related posts

           Now to customising 

Click on the Edit template link then delete every letter in the box and replace it with this one below

The  code above will hide the thumbnails from appearing on homepage.

===)> click on the Edit content link and copy and paste this below code right above the code you see in that box

You can change the related posts to whatever you like


===)>  hit add widget which would take you into your blog layout


===)>  Click the "Save" orange button at the top-right corner and you are done!
